This one-day course is designed for participants who have previously attended the Six Thinking Hats training program and want to take their facilitation skills to the next level. 

De Bono's Blue Hat Thinking is a powerful tool for guiding meetings, problem-solving sessions, and decision-making processes.  In this course, participants will learn advanced techniques and strategies for using the Blue Hat to facilitate more effective and efficient group discussions and decision-making processes.
