This one-day introduction to Six Thinking Hats is aimed at team members who need to get up to speed with the language and terminology of the hats to contribute effectively to a meeting or discussion.

This "Six Thinking Hats Lite" course assumes that participants have a basic understanding of the method due to their managers' previous training.  The focus is on practical application within team settings. Adjustments can be made based on the specific needs and prior knowledge of the participants.
