As Executive Director of Lengau Tau Investments, she leads high-impact corporate finance and business rescue projects across sub-Saharan Africa—raising over $120 million in the last four years.

Her background includes nearly a decade at retail giant Edcon, where she held the dual role of Group Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations. There, she managed cash flows of R1.2 billion monthly, spearheaded a R3 billion balance sheet restructure, and oversaw everything from strategic supply chain logistics to digital launches.

Prior to Edcon, Kemsila was Vice President in Corporate Finance at Macquarie Bank, honing her expertise in M&A, project finance, and cash flow modelling.
